James Roeder Construction Co.

was started by James Roeder in 1987. James is a retired electrical engineer with over 25 years of service in Tennessee and Arkansas. Over the years , James worked with family members in the construction industry by consulting and designing electrical systems for both commercial and residential projects. It was during these times when an interest in residential construction was born . After years of observation and research , the first custom home was built in 1979 in Forrest City, Arkansas. Some time later after being relocated to Little Rock by Arkansas Power and Light , James decided to try his hand on a larger scale and entered the residential construction industry with his first professional offering in Chenal Valley. He was joined by his two sons, Blake and Brad , and the company has grown to an average of 25 houses per year.

Special pride has been taken in offering the best home for the best price. We strive to accomplish this in every home we build by including quality materials and extensive standard features that others offer as upgrades.

We feature elegant trim work as standard. All windows are trimmed with wood. and all rooms have crown molding. The living areas and master bedroom windows have Crown Caps. The bath rooms have wood-trim wrapped mirrors.
